Our Sessions

  • listen to you talk about your thoughts, feelings, problems or concerns;
  • provide emotional and other support during challenging times;
  • gently assist you in gaining greater emotional self awareness;
  • encourage you to change the things in your life that you can change and help you to increase your tolerance and acceptance of the things in your life that you want to change but cannot; and
  • Support you to discover alternatives that allow you to better manage difficult situations, tackle problems or cope with life in general.

Since everyone is different, we will work together to discover your own answers and solutions so that you can achieve your desired outcome.  Depending on your specific needs I will utilise a wide range of personality, relationship and psychotherapy theories including, Hypnotherapy, CBT, NLP, gestalt and mindfulness techniques that will give you the freedom to be the real you and empower you to live a full and vibrant life with a deeper sense of meaning and purpose.

The opportunity to explore and deepen your connection to who you really are often leads to:
